    — Rent-to-own contract with A Good Deed

    — Rental contract agreement with Kubei Consulting

    We provide properties at comparable rental rates in the area, tailored to fit the financial capabilities of emerging service providers.

  • Comprehensive Support: It's crucial to differentiate between real estate and the business itself. While real estate is an essential aspect of business success, it is just one component of the bigger picture. You’ll have the option to get firsthand expert guidance in ensuring the financial success of your property. We offer ongoing support to help providers navigate regulatory requirements, property maintenance, and other operational challenges.

  • Quality Properties: Our properties are selected based on their suitability for assisted living or sober home operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
